Spooky Print Relief Cards, with Cosima Storz, $50, 
Sat. October 19th, 1pmPrint vintage inspired Halloween cards with linoleum block printing techniques. This class will cover the basics of linoleum carving and also multiple color printing. All materials are included.

COSIMA STORZ is a Richmond based artist working in printmaking, photography and performance art. She has a B.F.A. in Painting & Printmaking and is finishing her Master’s in Art Education.

Eco-Dying and Printing, with Dana Dumont, $50
Thurs., Oct. 17th, 6pm

Use leaves, berries, vines, grasses and flowers to make one-of-a-kind silk scarves and stenciled prints on cotton papers and fabric.

DANA DUMONT is a mixed media artist with over 30 years of teaching experience in Richmond, VA. She includes upcycled and natural materials in her list of favorite media and is an avid arts traveler. Her BFAs are in Craft & Material Studies and Art Education from VCU.

Make a Terrific Tunic, with Elizabeth Cogar, $65
Sun. October 27, 12pmIf you can sew a straight line with a sewing machine, you can make this simple tunic/shirt with sleeves and a pocket! Boxy shape and adjustable length make it a comfy top for everyone. The pattern is sized XS-4XL… you take home a copy of your size. You bring 3 yds. of cotton or linen and we’ve got the rest.

ELIZABETH COGAR learned her improvisational teaching and making style from her artist mother. She works with textiles, exploring methods of dyeing, printing, hand-stitching, and sewing, and she runs creative events under the name of Makeshop (www.makeshop.co) and sells small batches of hand sewn and printed items
