AIGA Richmond invites you to join us for the second in our series of Studio Tours around the city. Limited FREE tickets available to the first 10 AIGA members who register. (Check your email for the code!)

Meet up with fellow AIGA Members and curious creatives to tour a local studio, check out their work, see how they run things, uncover how design informs their practice and ask your burning questions.

We’ll have light snacks and drinks. Plan to arrive by 4:45 if possible to participate in the full tour experience.

Michael Walsh, Associate Creative Director 

Michael (aka Walsh) has worked on brands including Jack Daniels, General Motors, Century 21, JetBlue, Dunkin’ Donuts, Bank of America, and The JFK Presidential Library. His work has been recognized by Cannes, The ANDYs, Communication Arts, The One Club/ADC, D&AD, The Webbys, The Shortys, EPICA, The Effies, and The Ad Club and featured in Variety, Fast Company, Adweek and Creativity-Online. On the side he started The Creative Cabinet, a non-profit that matches creative volunteers with progressive down ballot candidates.

Michael leads our creative team in developing concepts for all marketing campaigns at The King Agency. His work has received national recognition from Cannes, The One Club/ADC, DA&D, ADDYs, The Webbys, The Shortys, EPICA, and The Ad Club. Prior to The King Agency, Michael lent his expertise to renowned brands at Arnold, Mullen, and Digitas including JetBlue, Jack Daniels, General Motors, Century 21, Dunkin’ Donuts, Bank of America, and The John F. Kennedy Presidential Library. Michael has a B.A. in Communication and a B.F.A. in Graphic Design, both earned at Virginia Tech.
