AIGA invites you to the Art + Digital Advertising Seminar at VCU’s The Depot featuring Piper Nichole. This seminar will cover digital trends in advertising, new programs to consider for designing and advertising, why it’s important to also be technical, how to bring traditional art techniques into your digital canvas, taking risks and the way your life unconsciously affects your designs – and how to be conscious of it. Plus, the ongoing pursuit of being a great designer as time constantly evolves the in-vogue style.
Piper Nichole is the Digital Project Manager at NBC12 and is a graphic designer for Raycom Sports, designing advertising for the ACC, Atlantic Coast Conference. Her background includes being Special Projects Manager for Raycom Media, one of the largest broadcasters in the country, which owns and/or operates 53 TV stations. She is the author of three books published nationwide and teaches workshops at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts Studio School.
